- Users have the opportunity to provide a suggested monetary value for their feedback during submission. However, it's important to note that Users Driven cannot guarantee payment of the suggested amount or share specific user-contributed feedback directly with third-party companies. Instead, Users Driven may engage in revenue-sharing arrangements with users, determined solely by Users Driven based on factors such as the amount received from third-party companies, the user's contribution, the level of involvement, resources required from Users Driven, the maintenance and the development of the web app. Any payments or revenue-sharing arrangements are made in good faith by Users Driven, with the final compensation amount determined solely at the discretion of Users Driven based on these factors.
- Payment Timing: Users Driven aims to compensate users for their feedback in a timely manner, but the actual timing of payments may vary depending on factors such as the receipt of funds from third-party companies, the processing time required by Users Driven, and other operational considerations. Users understand and agree that Users Driven will make reasonable efforts to process payments promptly but cannot guarantee specific payment timelines. Additionally, payments may be processed once a sufficient amount of funds has been accumulated to facilitate fair compensation to users.
- Moderation and Removal of Feedback

- Users Driven is not obligated to publish or respond to any Feedback submitted through the Service, but we'll do our best to do the same.
